The ATR-2 is the next generation of helmets by 6D Helmets. Omni-Directional Suspension™ technology has been advanced to the next level with the ATR-2.Using the core features of the ATR-1 the engineers at 6D have added enhancements to the helmets design. Improving on the comfort and the ergonomics giving the athlete a better, safer feeling by using better materials for construction of the helmet and reducing the overall weight of the helmet. One of the key features of the ATR-2 is that the helmet can be rebuilt giving the athlete the benefit of more helmet life.

Omni-Directional Suspension™ (ODS™) is 6D's patented technology that sets 6D helmets apart from others in the marketplace. ODS™ offers an unparalleled safety solution, granting the suspended inner liner 6 degrees of freedom in the event of an accident. This innovative liner technology effectively reduces both angular and linear accelerations experienced by the head form.
